Job summary

R3vamp in Reading is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Transformation to steer a major technology-enabled transformation. Reporting to the CEO, this senior, delivery-focused role balances strategy with hands-on delivery across CRM, ERP, integrations, automation and data workflows.

You will lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, and drive adoption into BAU, with a hybrid pattern of three days onsite in Reading and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology transformation or programme delivery with a track record of delivering complex systems and business change.
• Ability to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes and manage risks while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and delivery discipline, with ability to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a broad portfolio of change across CRM, ERP, business systems, integrations, automation, data and process improvement.
• Drive projects from strategy and requirements through to implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to deliver tangible outcomes.
