Locations: We're flexible on location, provided you're within commuting distance of one of Aviva's regional offices (outside of London) and can attend on our hybrid basis.
There is a requirement to travel to our London office up to 2 days per week.

You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and providing constructive challenge to support effective decision-making.
We have an exciting 12-month opportunity to join Aviva's Direct Line Integration programme as Head of Integration Management Office. This is a pivotal leadership role within one of Aviva's most significant transformation programmes, helping to bring together complex activity across Aviva and Direct Line to support a safe, controlled and successful integration.
You'll lead portfolio-wide planning, assurance, dependency management, governance and executive reporting, creating a single, credible view of delivery confidence across the programme. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll identify emerging risks, constraints and opportunities, ensuring informed decisions are made and the right interventions are in place to protect strategic, regulatory and business outcomes. While delivery accountability remains with programme and workstream leads, you'll provide the independent oversight, challenge and assurance needed to support successful execution.
