Job Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Head of Institutional Sales for Hantec Prime, the institutional arm of Hantec Markets.

Job mission: The successful candidate will drive Hantec Prime's growth in the institutional market by developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand market share. Responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and converting potential institutional clients, building and nurturing relationships with brokers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also establish and lead an institutional sales team, manage budgets, and represent Hantec Prime both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Determine methods to target institutional business.
  2. Optimize the corporate account lifecycle, including tech setup, from registration to trading.
  3. Initiate contact with outbound institutional leads and handle inbound inquiries proactively.
  4. Utilize CRM to manage relationships with institutional leads and clients.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
  6. Lead and manage the institutional sales team to maximize sustainable growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Participate in and organize institutional sales events to promote the Hantec brand and attract potential clients.
