This multi-award-winning scale-up has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights operator who lives and breathes data and innovation. Put simply, you will be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights.

What will my accountabilities be?

• Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, shape and scale frameworks for insight innovation
• Act as the bridge between Insights and Data teams, operating as a translator between analysts and developers
• Manage senior relationships with FMCG brands to impact clients positively
• Build capability and scalability for how insights are developed, tested, and shared

A great candidate will have:

️ Experience in data-driven roles in FMCG or Market Research

️ Mastery of data analysis, survey methodology, and storytelling

️ Technical proficiency in statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python, or similar)

️ Ambition and a willingness to challenge the status quo; creative and out-of-the-box thinking

️ Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at local, regional, and global levels
