This multi-award-winning scale-up has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights operator who lives and breathes data and innovation. You will be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights.

What will my accountabilities be?

• Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, shape and scale frameworks for insight innovation
• Act as the bridge between Insights and Data teams, translating between analysts and developers
• Manage senior relationships with FMCG brands, ensuring client impact
• Build capability and scalability for developing, testing, and sharing insights

A great candidate will have:

Experience in data-driven roles in FMCG or Market Research

Mastery of data analysis, survey methodology, and storytelling

Technical knowledge in statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python, or similar)

Ambition and creativity, with a willingness to challenge the status quo

Leadership and influencing skills, with experience collaborating with clients at various levels
