A well-established global trading firm (30+ years in the industry) is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and security. This senior leadership role is key to ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems across international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor high-performing IT teams across multiple locations
• Oversee IT infrastructure, trading platforms, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., FCA, GDPR, ISO)
• Drive operational efficiency, IT support, and system reliability
• Manage disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk
• Lead IT projects: software rollouts, system upgrades, CRM optimization

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in senior IT leadership roles (ideally in finance or fintech or FX)
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, MetaTrader, IT security, and networks
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Hands-on with Microsoft365, Active Directory, and network protocols
• Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
