Job summary

World Land Trust is seeking an experienced technology and information governance leader to shape our future. As Head of Information Governance & Technology Delivery, you will translate strategy into delivery, oversee governance, cyber security, and information management, and partner with senior leaders and external partners to maximise impact.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team, aiming to strengthen programmes, projects and service

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology, information governance or related disciplines.
• Proven programme management and project delivery capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards.
• Knowledge of risk governance and assurance.
• Experience in cyber security and information governance activities.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership or governance committees.
• People leadership and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Information Governance and Training Strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across programmes and projects.
• Provide assurance on cyber security, information governance, operational risk and system controls.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary Information Governance and Technology team.
