Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Head of Industry UWS in Somerset to lead the industrial ecosystem, including planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, ensuring delivery against the S&OP plan and customer requirements.

You will manage 7-10 direct reports, drive industrial strategy, oversee budget, change management and continuous improvement while maintaining Health, Safety and Environment standards. Eligibility for UK SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex industrial activities or projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and supply chains.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and lean manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrialisation and manufacturing/engineering across the domain.
• Lead budget management and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure HSE compliance and regulatory adherence on site.
• Drive the life-cycle from design to production readiness and delivery.
