Job summary

WeDoData is working with a multi-campus further education college in Greater London seeking a seasoned Director – Inclusive Practice to lead and develop inclusive education across the college. The role involves ensuring learners with SEND, high needs, EHCPs and vulnerable groups receive appropriate support to succeed.

The Director for Inclusion will oversee curriculum managers, lead inclusive provision, and collaborate to enhance teaching and student outcomes, while driving curriculum

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in Further Education
• Strong understanding of SEND and high-needs funding
• Proven track record of improving curriculum quality and performance
