Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Head of IGNITE in London (hybrid) to lead the IGNITE strategy within Aristocrat Interactive, defining the studio incubation roadmap and driving long-term partnerships with emerging studios. You will align IGNITE with the broader Aggregation strategy and oversee the portfolio’s development and commercial performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in iGaming, gaming platforms, digital marketplaces, or adjacent industries.
• Experience in studio partnerships, developer ecosystems, or incubation/acceleration models.
• Strong commercial and strategic capability with deep industry network.
• Understanding of content performance, distribution and aggregation models.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the global IGNITE strategy aligned to Aggregation and wider Interactive objectives.
• Own the roadmap for studio incubation, development and long-term portfolio growth.
• Build and manage a portfolio of IGNITE studios with clear performance targets.
• Drive revenue contribution, content performance and value on studio investment.
• Develop scalable ecosystem models and frameworks for exclusivity and co-development.
• Coordinate with Product and Platform teams for seamless integration into the aggregation platform.
• Represent IGNITE at industry events and build relationships with founders and studios.
• Lead collaboration with VP Aggregation, Product, Engineering, Commercial and regional groups.
