Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Head of IGNITE in London (hybrid) to lead the IGNITE strategy within Aristocrat Interactive, defining the studio incubation roadmap and driving long-term partnerships with emerging studios. You will align IGNITE with the broader Aggregation strategy and oversee the portfolio’s development and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in iGaming, gaming platforms, digital marketplaces, or adjacent industries.
• Experience in studio partnerships, developer ecosystems, or incubation/acceleration models.
• Strong commercial and strategic capability with deep industry network.
• Understanding of content performance, distribution and aggregation models.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes.
