Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a Head of IGNITE to define and execute a global studio incubation strategy, aligning with the Aggregation business. You will own the roadmap for incubation, development, and long-term portfolio growth, partnering with studios worldwide to drive content innovation and commercial expansion.

You will report to the VP Aggregation and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration into Aristocrat’s ecosystem and to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years in iGaming, gaming platforms, or related sectors.
• Experience with studio partnerships or incubation programs.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
• Extensive network in game development studios.
• Knowledge of content performance and aggregation models.
• Understanding of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global IGNITE strategy aligned to Aggregation and wider Interactive objectives.
• Own the roadmap for studio incubation, development, and portfolio growth.
• Drive revenue and content performance through partnerships.
• Identify high-potential studios and scale into strategic partners.
• Lead lifecycle from onboarding to scaling and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Compliance and regional teams.
• Represent IGNITE at industry events and build industry relationships.
