Located in modern offices in South West London, they work with ambitious HNWI clients to push the boundaries of design. Reporting to the CFO, they are looking to appoint a newly created FP&A Manager position.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting the CFO with ad-hoc analysis, insights, strategic initiatives, and planning
• Being a key partner to the Commercial Director and teams
• Planning, modelling, and reporting to inform decision-making
• Mentoring and developing one direct report
• System and process transformation
• Developing KPIs and dashboards for project performance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Experienced in FP&A or Commercial Finance
• Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Excel and interested in system improvements (PowerBi / Deltek)
• Capable of managing multiple workflows

What's on Offer

The position offers a base salary of £80,000-£85,000 plus benefits.
