London Hybrid - with at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in your local office

My client is on a mission to transform how identity and access management supports secure digital experiences. As Head of IAM Operations, you'll lead the design and delivery of robust IAM strategies that protect users and enable business agility across an enterprise organization.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll guide high-performing teams, shape secure infrastructure, and drive innovation across access and identity platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and implement a forward-looking IAM operations strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and security goals.
• Lead and develop a skilled IAM operations team, maintaining 24/7 service delivery aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Ensure IAM solutions deliver secure, user-friendly outcomes across internal and external environments.
• Take ownership of performance KPIs including cost efficiency, operational resilience, service quality, and user satisfaction.
• Manage operational IAM risks and maintain compliance with industry standards and strategic priorities.
• Build a collaborative, high-performing culture that embraces innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
