Our client is a leading manufacturing company. Due to their continued success, they are recruiting a Head of HSE to join their team.

Role Overview:

As Head of HSE, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining a robust HSE performance regime across the company. You will lead all aspects of HSE performance, ensuring continuous improvement of standards, systems, and procedures, while ensuring legislative compliance and adopting best practices across a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers a senior management position within a growing company, along with a wide range of benefits, including a very competitive salary.

Criteria includes:

1. NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health
2. 10 years’ experience in an operational HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Leadership HSE role.
3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards.
4. Experience in developing and leading a positive ‘HSE Culture’ in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
