Mint People in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Corporate Catering Manager to lead high-volume catering operations within a contracted hotel setting. You’ll oversee kitchen operations, lead a dynamic team, and manage food safety and service delivery.

This hands-on role requires strong budgeting skills, HACCP compliance, supplier management, and client relationships with hotel clients. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in managing large-scale or hotel catering operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health & safety regulations (HACCP, COSHH, etc.).
• Budget and cost-control expertise.
• Hands-on approach and commitment to delivering quality.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, inspiring and managing a catering team including chefs and logistics personnel.
• Being hands-on with food preparation and service during peak times.
• Managing budgets, food cost of sales, payroll and inventory.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Collaborating on menu planning and maintaining service excellence.
• Monitoring supplier performance and managing procurement efficiently.
• Overseeing staff training, development, and performance reviews.
• Building strong client relationships within the hotel environment.
