Responsibilities

• Lead Health and Safety strategy and ensure full compliance with legislation and industry best practice.
• Advise the Board on emerging risks and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain and improve the Health and Safety management system.
• Oversee risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Lead Fire Risk Management and ensure timely actions.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor redevelopment activities.
