Head of Growth (Integrated Creative Agency)

£110k - £120k (flex) with excellent bonus + benefits

A leading integrated creative agency has a brand new and very unique position of Head of Growth to drive the business development strategy, lead new business generation and elevate the pitch processes.

You must be from an integrated creative agency and have a strong business development background.

The offices are based less than 1.5 hours from Euston or Manchester train station and their hybrid policy is 2-3 days in the office (Mon, Tues and Wed).

This is a senior leadership role within a highly awarded, fast-paced agency environment. With a reputation for delivering outstanding, culture-shaping work the agency boasts a diverse, collaborative team of creatives, strategists and marketers - they pride themselves on innovation and high standards.

As Head of Growth you’ll take ownership of the entire new business function – from strategy through execution. You’ll lead on pipeline development, guide cross-functional teams on pitch planning and ensure best-in-class delivery across all touchpoints including creds, marketing content and sales comms.

Working closely with the senior leadership team you will identify and act on new commercial opportunities, align strategic priorities and maintain a constant focus on growth.

A selection of your main responsibilities:

Develop and implement new business strategies and lead generation plans

Drive pipeline conversion and own the full business development lifecycle

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams during pitch and tender processes

Build strong relationships across the industry to identify and open new opportunities

Champion best practice in new business – from credential decks to sales platforms
