You will be joining a well-established international business in a high-profile role as Head of Group Reporting. The business is moving through its next phase of growth and now seeks a talented finance professional to lead a team, work with the Executive leadership, and evolve the group finance function.
Working closely with the Finance Director of the Group, you will lead in several key areas: managing an experienced team of finance experts in group reporting, ensuring they operate efficiently with proper training and development; leading monthly internal reporting by presenting key insights on group management accounts to the Executive Committee, ensuring it remains "value-adding"; overseeing statutory reporting, audit, treasury, and tax across all regions; leading all funding requirements and risk management; and heading IFRS reporting and policies. Additionally, you will be involved in various value-added projects, including finance transformation across controls, reporting, and balance sheet improvements, as well as enhancing existing finance systems. This is a broad role with significant scope as the company continues to expand.
Beyond a professional accounting qualification, you should have a strong controls background, ideally gained through training at a large audit firm. Proven experience within group finance and substantial international exposure are essential. You should have led projects and demonstrated confident team leadership. Industry experience within manufacturing or a related product sector is required.
