About Our Client

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the financial reporting processes
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reports
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for report generation
  • Work with the senior leadership team to build a best in class reporting function
  • Support the leadership team of M&A activities and assessments
  • Provide guidance to junior team members
  • Engage in financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Identify potential areas of improvement within the financial reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders


The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Reporting Manager should have:

  • ACA professional certification from Top 10 Consultancy - Manager/Snr Manager level highly advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years experience in industry
  • Team Management
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Comprehensive IFRS knowledge
  • Significant consolidated accounts, deferred Taxation and acquisition accounting experience
  • Knowledge of financial modelling; advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well to deadlines and deliver results on time
  • Self-starting with good organisational skills
  • Strong business and financial analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and forecast financial results
