Head of Group Litigation – London or Manchester

Location: Hybrid | London or Manchester

Strategic leadership opportunity in a growing, mission-led legal business

We’re working with a rapidly scaling, SRA-regulated law firm that’s rethinking how consumer litigation is delivered — and they’re now hiring a Head of Group Litigation to lead from the front.

This is a genuine step-up role for someone who’s led teams or high-volume litigation workstreams and wants to take on broader strategic responsibility across areas including data breach, financial mis-selling, bank fraud, and motor finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the group claims function, managing multiple high-performing teams
• Designing and implementing smarter, tech-enabled processes
• Mentoring senior case handlers and setting the tone on quality and delivery
• Working closely with leadership to shape the firm's wider growth strategy

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in litigation, class actions, or consumer claims
• A track record of team or project leadership — ready for more
• Strong commercial judgement and an interest in legal innovation
• Experience in group litigation, fraud, or mis-selling (helpful but not essential)
