About your team

The Enterprise Architecture team supports Fidelity's strategic initiatives by enabling Business, Technology, and Data strategies through portfolio delivery and enterprise domain management. The team balances enterprise-wide considerations with specific program needs.

About your role

Lead the Enterprise Architecture for GPS, supporting our Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, Brokerage, and Stock Plan Services businesses. Provide thought leadership, direct investment and transformation initiatives aligned with Fidelity's strategies, collaborate with Technology Delivery, and oversee governance.

This role is pivotal in our multi-year change programme and Agile transformation, embedding architectural elements into end-to-end processes.

About you

You are an experienced architect with global team leadership, stakeholder influence, and expertise in Enterprise Architecture standards, frameworks, and modern principles. Up-to-date with current technologies, you can guide simplification, automation, and best practices across the organization.
