Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a senior FPV data leader responsible for end-to-end R&D Finance and SRM data management, strategy, quality and access. You will coach and grow a team, drive automation and AI uptake, and partner with Tech to deliver data-enabled insights for GSK R&D and patients.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in finance, data management and technology, including automation or AI.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial or data analyses to senior leaders.
• Experience applying continuous improvement or Agile methods and implementing automation or AI solutions.
• Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations.
• Preferred: Customer focused, engaging and collaborative.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in varying roles, locations and cultures.
• Autonomous and comfortable using own initiative.
• Positive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead R&D Finance and SRM data strategy and governance.
• Interface for RDFPV with Tech org; manage requirements and delivery.
• Understand business and customer needs now and in the future.
• Leverage AI and automation to optimise data storage, transformation and provision.
• Facilitate AI/Automation adoption in FPV through data provision.
• Ensure robust, auditable data for external inquiries and analyses.
• Lead contracting activities for US operations.
• Provide ad hoc support to FPV leadership and projects.
