Job summary

STOIX is seeking a senior planning and FP&A professional in London for an end-to-end planning role. You will own the annual plan, reforecast cycles, and driver-based models, guiding business leaders and consolidating inputs for senior finance leadership.

You will challenge submissions, drive forecasting discipline, and craft the narrative through clear commentary and presentations. The role starts hands-on with a path to build and lead a planning team as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Experience running a group FP&A function in a large, listed, multi-billion-pound organisation.
• US and/or multinational experience across geographies and reporting regimes.
• Proven track record of end-to-end planning cycles, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Run annual planning, mid-year reforecast, and move to quarterly/rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for revenue, gross profit, cost and headcount.
• Challenge submissions from senior leaders and consolidate into a single senior finance position.
• Write commentary, papers and presentations explaining the numbers and actions.
• Shape the planning agenda, including tooling, automation and AI usage in forecasting.
• Hands-on contributor role with potential to lead a planning team as it grows.
