The successful candidate will bring professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), post-qualification experience, and a strong IT mindset to drive digital accounting systems, robust cashflow management, and strong governance across the

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience influencing decision-making and driving performance improvements.
• IT savvy with ability to develop and oversee digital accounting systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience working with non-financial stakeholders in a not-for-profit environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance lifecycle and governance.
• Produce monthly management information with commentary.
• Lead monthly board financial reviews with trustees.
• Manage cashflow, budgeting and reporting.
• Oversee payroll and VAT/tax reporting.
• Develop and mentor a growing finance team.
