Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a rapidly growing international SaaS business based in London, which recently secured Series A funding. Having experienced significant growth and doubling revenue year on year, the founders and CFO believe it is time to recruit their first Head of Finance.

As Head of Finance, you will report to the CFO and play a critical role in shaping and driving the company's financial strategy. You will be influential in the future success and growth of the business. The company operates on a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence 1-2 days a week in London.

What experiences you will gain

• Reporting to the CFO, with regular interaction with the founders
• Owning the month and year-end financial close process and liaising with external providers
• Business partnering with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Providing regular reports, analysis, and insights to senior management and investors
• Overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Managing and optimizing cash flow by monitoring forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
• Producing financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities
• Providing financial support across the business, including presenting and communicating critical financial matters when needed
