Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a rapidly growing international SaaS business based in London, that has recently secured Series A funding. Having experienced significant growth and doubling revenue year on year, the founders and CFO believe it is time to recruit their first Head of Finance.

As Head of Finance, you will report to the CFO and play a critical role in shaping and driving the business's financial strategy. You will be influential in the company's future success and growth. The business operates on a hybrid model, with 1-2 days a week in the London office.

What experiences you will gain

• Reporting to the CFO, with regular interaction with the founders
• Owning the month and year-end financial close process and liaising with external providers
• Business partnering with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Providing regular reports, analysis, and insights to senior management and investors
• Overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Managing and optimizing cash flow by monitoring forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Producing financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investments
• Providing financial support across the business, presenting critical financial matters as needed
