About Our Client

My client is a Housing Association based in the West Midlands.

Job Description
  • Responsible for a number of key financial projects across the organisation, including a review of revenue areas such as DLO, Care and Support Services, Corporate Fleet, Cost lines, capitalisation approach, and disposals.
  • Reviewing business partnering practices and providing support and training.
  • Providing finance training for leadership team members and senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified accountant.
  • Experience in delivering complex change programs within Finance.
  • Ideally, proven experience within the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
