• 2-3 ans d'expérience après qualification.

About the role: We are seeking a hands-on Head of Finance or Finance Director to join our leadership team. You will shape the company's financial strategy, oversee financial health, and drive operational and strategic initiatives.

As a senior leader, you will provide insights to support business decisions and enhance operational processes for sustainable growth.

This role requires someone comfortable with both strategic oversight and tactical execution of financial processes, including day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and cash management.
2. Oversee and optimize operational functions, driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.
3. Provide commercial expertise to support monetization strategies and growth opportunities.
4. Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and payments, with hands-on involvement as needed.
5. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics analysis.
6. Manage the end-to-end financial process, including management accounts and closing procedures.
7. Handle statutory and tax compliance globally, with advisor support.
8. Oversee share option schemes with advisor input.
9. Manage treasury functions and FX considerations.
10. Contribute to long-term business strategy as a key leadership team member.
11. Produce and present monthly/quarterly board reports with insights.
12. Support other teams with financial guidance and a commercial perspective.
13. Manage financial compliance and risk mitigation across UK and US operations.
14. Develop scalable financial systems and controls to support growth.

Job requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 2-3+ years post-qualification experience.
• 2+ years in-house financial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing strategy and tactics.
• Comfort with big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have:

• 2+ years experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience in D2C, subscription/SaaS models.
• Experience managing financial operations across US and UK structures.
• Experience in investor-backed, healthtech, or mental health sectors.
