Forge Talent is partnering with a PE-backed manufacturing business based in Manchester to recruit a newly created Head of Finance position to support continued growth.

The Head of Finance will play a key role in managing financial operations, treasury, and statutory reporting, working very closely with the Group CFO.

Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Treasury

• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
• Manage ID Facility.
• Influence business leaders to optimise cash position.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting.
• Responsible for consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain balance sheet control.
• Lead the audit process.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4.
• Provide guidance to ensure a high-performing team.
