Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day finance function, with bookkeeping oversight, ledgers and controls
• Produce month-end accounts, management reporting and forecasting
• Drive process improvements, automation and data quality enhancements
• Support acquisitions, investments and strategic growth initiatives
• Collaborate with portfolio businesses to ensure financial visibility and performance improvement
• Translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights for decision-making

This is a hands-on, standalone role for an experienced and commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and helping build a growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Running the day-to-day finance function, including bookkeeping oversight, ledgers and financial controls
• Producing month-end accounts, management reporting and forecasting
• Driving process improvements, efficiencies, automation and improvements in data quality
• Supporting acquisitions, investments and strategic growth initiatives
• Working closely with their portfolio businesses, helping support financial visibility, performance improvement and informed decision-making across the wider group
• Helping turn financial information into meaningful commercial insight and decision-making
