Your Mission

As Head of Finance you'll be reporting into the CEO and will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insight-driven financial planning and analysis to support decision-making. You will also oversee the finance operations function, ensuring that billing, invoicing, and statutory reporting are executed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Things you will be working on...

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.
  3. Design and implement financial dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Prepare board and investor reports, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.

Finance Operations & Compliance

  1. Be accountable for the smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations.
  2. Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  5. Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management to support growth initiatives.

  5. Have a proven track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration in dynamic settings.
