Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy, planning and performance for a complex organisation. You will act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO, Board and senior leadership, delivering strategic influence and operational leadership.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance will ideally be:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong track record of strategic financial planning and delivering organisational change
• Excellent knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams
• Confident working with senior stakeholders at Board level
• Values-driven, with a genuine interest in making a positive impact

Job Offer

• Salary: £63,000 - £67,500
