Job summary

Enpure Limited is seeking a Head of Finance to lead our finance function across the Water & Infrastructure sector in the Midlands. This commercially focused senior role drives financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, governance and business partnering on major projects.

You will direct high-performing teams, influence Executive-level decisions, and shape the financial future of a growing engineering and infrastructure business with a strong UK focus.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with senior finance experience.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and functions.
• Strong commercial acumen influencing Exec decisions.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, audit and risk management.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support the continued growth of a leading engineering and infrastructure business operating within the UK water sector.

This is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, governance, and commercial business partnering across major projects and programmes.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at Executive level.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, audit and risk management.
• Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Background in water, utilities, engineering, infrastructure or construction sectors is desirable.
