SER Limited is seeking a Head of Façade Engineering in London to lead technical delivery on a portfolio of multi-million-pound projects. You will own projects from concept to completion and guide a growing team of façade engineers.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, building client relationships, and shaping strategy to grow a specialist consultancy service while ensuring compliant, high-quality façade solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years experience within façade engineering consultancy.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects across design and construction.
• Experience reviewing technical work and leading engineers.
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills.
• Understanding of façade performance, compliance and building safety regulations.

• Leading façade engineering projects through all design and construction stages.
• Acting as the technical authority, overseeing quality assurance and engineering standards.
• Developing, mentoring and supporting engineers across the team.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

• Contributing to recruitment, team growth and the wider business strategy.
