Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Façade Engineer / Senior Façade Engineer for London or regional UK offices. You will lead technical delivery on façade projects, mentor juniors, and drive client relationships while supporting bids and internal knowledge sharing.

The role requires Chartered status or progress toward it, façade design experience, and the ability to work across multiple analyses and drawings in a collaborative, under-pressure environment. Hybrid working and flexible holidays available.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or Architect status preferred.
• Experience in façade design and detailing.
• Ability to work independently in multiple technical areas.
• Experience managing resources and budgets.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of façade engineering services on projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Contribute to bid preparation and win work.
