Qualifications

• 8–12 years in trading technology with deep EMS/OMS and market microstructure experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps and leading teams for at least 3 years.
• Clear communication and disciplined incident governance habits.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a focused roadmap to improve execution quality and onboarding speed.
• Ensure execution algorithms are robust and predictable.
• Maintain and improve venue performance and manage order flow.
