Job summary

Trading212 is seeking an experienced product leader to own an area end-to-end, including its legal and regulatory position. You’ll collaborate with engineers, design, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure a strong client experience and commercial outcomes.

You will define the next builds from client needs and goals, while navigating regulations and internal processes. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• You must have shipped a complex product and can walk through details, including where it broke.
• Ability to read documentation, follow data flow and discuss system behavior with engineers.
• You bring your own numbers and can explain every figure you quote.
• Regular use of AI in product work, checked against sources.

Responsibilities

• Define your area’s next builds from client needs, product data and commercial goals.
• Read regulation, API docs, and form a position before Legal and Compliance review it.
• Write the spec: client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria.
• Carry your decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Take the product through testing and launch, then run it: monitoring, client feedback, the numbers, the next improvement.
