Job summary

Asian Media Group is seeking a Head of Events to own the portfolio end-to-end from strategy to flawless execution. This senior role leads international teams, launches in new markets and drives commercial performance across conferences, awards and bespoke formats.

You will oversee speaker sourcing, awards judging, guest experience and post-event analysis while managing budgets, P&L and risk across the portfolio. An ambitious leader with global reach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale events or portfolios.
• Experience launching events in international markets.
• Proven budget ownership and P&L responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast, plan and deliver on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the events strategy across conferences, awards and bespoke formats.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks.

• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial risk for the portfolio.

• Build relationships with sponsors, partners and vendors and act as senior client contact.

A core part of the role is taking our events into new markets, including the United States, India, and the Middle East, and establishing our presence in each.
