An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Head of Evaluation to drive impactful programmes aimed at enhancing youth employment outcomes in England. This pivotal role involves leading a team of Evaluation Managers, designing complex evaluation frameworks, and generating actionable evidence through quantitative methods. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of youth employment issues and will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including government and third sector partners. We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Head of Evaluation to design and deliver high-quality evaluation programmes that generate actionable evidence to improve youth employment outcomes in England.
You will work closely with the Director of Impact and Evidence and Deputy Director of Evidence and Evaluation to lead a team of Evidence and Evaluation Managers.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Evidence and Evaluation, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of a portfolio of complex impact evaluations.
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in Birmingham, Leeds or London. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.
