Bond Turner is a leading law firm with offices in Liverpool and Bolton, recognised for its commitment to justice. The Head of Enforcement will lead the enforcement and recovery function, drive client satisfaction, and oversee court judgments, debt recovery strategies, and asset tracing.

You will manage a team of lawyers and support staff, shape enforcement strategy, oversee compliance with FCA, SRA and CPR, and partner with the litigation group to deliver results across high-value portfolios.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant litigation and enforcement experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and enforcement mechanisms.
• Experience leading high-value enforcement portfolios and complex recoveries.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with enforcement technology platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enforcement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the enforcement team (lawyers, paralegals, support staff).
• Monitor performance targets (recoveries, timelines, cost efficiency) and ensure delivery.
• Drive innovation in enforcement processes using technology and data.
• Advise on complex enforcement strategies and oversee asset tracing and recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (FCA, SRA, CPR).
• Provide strategic client advice and regular recovery reporting.
