A leading financial services company in the UK is seeking a Head of End to End Transformation Capability Improvement. This role focuses on designing an enterprise-wide transformation strategy and enhancing project delivery through increased transparency and agility. Ideal candidates will have substantial leadership experience in transformation, skilled in influencing senior stakeholders, and knowledgeable about modern transformation tools. Salary: London circa: £150,000 / Bristol circa: £125,000
We’re looking for a visionary leader to help build a best‑in‑class Group Transformation Office. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll design frameworks and capabilities that enable projects and programmes across Aviva to deliver with greater transparency, faster pace, stronger predictability, and enhanced control.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of our enterprise‑wide transformation strategy, setting standards that make change faster and more effective. Working with senior leaders across the Group, you’ll embed agility, professionalisation, and data‑led insights into everything we do. Your role will ensure ideas move to value quickly and cost‑effectively, creating a culture where transformation is a recognised profession. Ultimately, you’ll help Aviva stay ahead of industry shifts and deliver real impact for our customers.
