Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Head of Electronics to lead the architectural direction and delivery of complex sensor systems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with ownership from concept through validated product.

You will oversee hardware architecture, PCB development, and cross-functional integration across software, firmware, and mechanics, mentoring engineers while driving the hardware roadmap and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electronic hardware design for complex embedded or vision systems.
• Proven experience with schematic capture, PCB layout and board-level bring-up.
• Excellent academic background, typically a strong degree from a leading university in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Ability to operate as a technical authority within a small, fast-moving team.
