Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Migrations Director to lead migration delivery across the UK & ROI, shaping teams, processes, and delivery frameworks for migrating customers onto Worldpay eCommerce and associated CNP solutions.

This is a people‑led leadership role with broad influence across sales, growth, professional services, and technology, responsible for planning, executing, and scaling migrations with strong customer outcomes and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams through migrations, platforms transitions, or large‑scale customer changes.
• People‑first leadership approach with coaching of managers and delivery teams.
• Strong organisational skills across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce Migrations function across UK & ROI.
• Build, develop, and coach teams responsible for migration delivery, activation support, and migration‑related sales support.
• Define and implement migration strategies balancing customer experience, delivery capacity, and business priorities.
• Ensure migrations lead to real adoption of Worldpay eCommerce and CNP capabilities, not just technical completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Professional Services, Product, and Technology for clear ownership and smooth handover.
• Establish migration operating rhythms, governance, and escalation points.
• Use performance data to identify risks, remove friction, and improve outcomes.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex migrations.
