Role: Head of eCommerce (Maternity Cover)

Location: London, Notting Hill (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Sales & Business Development

This role is a maternity cover within the Perfect Moment commercial team, leading the digital functions including digital marketing, eCommerce trading, DTC customer services, and digital development. The ideal candidate will have strong trading and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in eCommerce management, digital marketing, data analytics, and customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• eCommerce Trade & Reporting: Set sales targets, analyze key metrics, leverage analytics tools (GA4, CRM), and use data for decision-making.
• Digital Roadmap: Implement eCommerce strategies, manage development agencies, lead cross-functional projects, and manage budgets.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns, manage agency relationships, oversee content strategy, and CRM initiatives.
• Customer Experience: Ensure customer contact is handled appropriately, report on customer sentiment, and enhance user experience.
