Are you a strategic eCommerce leader ready to shape the future of online retail for a global consumer brand? We're looking for a Head of eCommerce to drive digital growth, optimise online channels, and lead a high-performing team from our Manchester base.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a market-leading eCommerce strategy across marketplaces and brand websites.

Manage online platforms, pricing, promotions, and partner relationships.

Set and monitor KPIs, using data analytics to optimise conversion, revenue, and retention.

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Identify new digital sales channels and growth opportunities.

Lead and mentor a dedicated eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field; MBA is a plus.

5+ years' experience in eCommerce or digital sales, including leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and performance metrics.

Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and conversion optimisation.

Familiarity with SEO / SEM, PPC, affiliate, and email marketing.
