Job summary

Solaria Group is recruiting a Branch Manager to lead its domiciliary care branch in Widnes. You will oversee operations, develop staff, manage budgets and ensure safe, high-quality care for service users in the community.

The role requires leadership experience in health and social care, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to growth and compliance with CQC standards. Salary is competitive with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care or health and social care environment.
• Leadership, care coordination or operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high-quality domiciliary care delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of Care Coordinators, Supervisors and care professionals.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet service requirements.
• Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
• Manage branch performance, budgets and operational targets.
• Support business growth and expand community care services.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and commissioners.
