Job summary

Solaria Group is recruiting a Branch Manager for its domiciliary care services in Widnes. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations, drive high‑quality care and supervise Care Coordinators and field staff to deliver services safely within regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and relationship management, with a focus on development and Community care excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care or a comparable health and social care setting.
• Ability to lead a team and manage operations within a care branch.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure safe, high‑quality domiciliary care.
• Lead and develop Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and care staff.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Monitor care quality and ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding standards.
• Manage branch budgets, performance and targets.
• Support business growth and expand care services in the community.
• Maintain strong relationships with users, families and commissioners.
