Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the Pensions Solutions Digital Strategy, identifying priority areas for enhancement, improvements and programme focused change agenda.
- Collaborate with clients, Pensions Solutions, the wider division, and IT to determine the appropriate technology to meet strategic digital ambitions and enable straight-through processing of customer demand.
- Manage the digital change backlog, ensuring continuous development and prioritization aligned with strategy and business needs.
- Sponsor ongoing digital investments to support growth and client retention through digital products.
- Champion digital product management and delivery, working with Design, IT, and Change teams to achieve product-focused delivery and target operating models.
- Engage with Communications and Engagement teams to maximize the impact of digital launches, and use data and insights for ongoing enhancements.
- Manage senior stakeholders internally and externally, including clients and suppliers.
Additional Tasks:
- Define and own the pensions digital strategy and ensure alignment with the Digital Roadmap.
- Support client engagement to understand and meet future digital needs.
- Follow propositional methodology and governance for new product development in digital.
- Leverage capabilities from Capita, including behavioral and data analytics, to enhance offerings.
- Lead a team of UX and product resources.
- Interact with clients and internal teams, and chair steering groups.
- Sponsor change projects aligned with digital strategy, working with change teams for outcomes.
- Participate in operational governance to prioritize digital change requests.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Digital Product leader with a background in pensions.
- Knowledge of pensions products.
- Strong relationship management and influence skills with internal stakeholders.
- Senior-level client relationship management experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
