Job summary

SIBIE Ltd is seeking a UK-based Senior Digital Marketing Manager, stepping up to Head of Marketing to lead growth for our online pharmacy brands from London. You will own strategy, team leadership, and all performance channels with a focus on compliant healthcare advertising and data-driven optimization.

Based in Hammersmith, you will drive Shopify stores, retention campaigns with Klaviyo, and cross-functional collaboration to scale revenue while maintaining high-quality creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years Shopify experience.
• Proven track record in scaling an ecommerce brand.
• Hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience building Klaviyo flows.
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and GA4.
• Native-level English.
• Healthcare/online pharmacy experience is a strong advantage.
• Based in the UK, onsite in London.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy and lead the team with clear KPIs.
• Own Shopify stores, product launches, app integrations and landing page optimization.
• Lead Meta and Google Ads campaigns and manage budgets to grow while improving CAC/ROAS.
• Design and automate Klaviyo email/SMS flows in line with GDPR.
• Create high-converting, compliant healthcare copy for ads and product pages.
• Provide weekly performance reports using GA4 and Shopify Analytics.
• Coordinate with freelancers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
